Highly recommended! Carolyn was easy to communicate with and the appointment was set up swiftly. The workers turned up in pair timely. Very impressed with their overall workflow. They were safety conscious and hooked up with safety harness to work from height. They access the surrounding and decided to set up barricade on the ground floor before start work. The bird netting structure was set up carefully and appears to be stable. There was 1 main lead worker who was super responsible and meticulous, especially as he used jet blast machine to clean the decades of bird droppings from wall facade. He took no short cuts for this job and I am super grateful for his excellent work attitude. Thank you once again!

In case you're still considering, think no further, I'll highly recommend Bird Management. They were the most responsive, they had prior experience with one area of my condo and also were transparent with prices. Didn't expect a big group of workers to swing by but more manpower means more efficiency and shorter time needed! I was happy to see that they prioritise their workers' safety as they had harnesses with them. Main problem areas were my ledge- to clear the bird nest and bird poop and apparently there was even a dead bird there! They cleaned, sterilise and covered the entire stretch with a plastic cover secured with metal hinges, even had handles so I can pull up in case of heavy rain.

The team was highly professional and did an excellent job cleaning and disinfecting the area affected by pigeon droppings. I would strongly recommend their services, especially if you are planning to install mesh to prevent pigeons from nesting. The workers were efficient, thorough, and very productive. If you’re looking for peace of mind and reliable service, definitely reach out to them.

Bird management: They are early bird, arrived even earlier than the appointment time. 2 workers are quite polite and quiet but professional in their handling. As my house are quite small and walkway is narrow but they manage to handle their work with ease and most important, taking care of my house like their own, a plus point. The whole process is seamless, cleaning the bird dropping, make necessary alignment, install the hooks, strings, wire, mesh(net)….. then water jet washing, before installing the net, (make the entire aircon ledge area look like newly painted, exaggerated 🤭), but it was very nice. The work in progress didn’t really make a loud noise which makes me feel very comfortable as I’m WFH. The action is also quite fast, approximately 3 hours. The installation works were carried out in a safe manner, harness attached for safe working especially this involved working at height. One more plus point, they are also caring about our neighbours and surrounding, advise us to paste a simple notice to alert them on the cleaning and installing in advance, so that the work didn’t cause any inconvenience to their clothing hanging outside. Excellent service, very professional and thoughtful service. Job is to install bird netting for my HDB service yard, and I am extremely satisfied with the work done — the quality is great, neat and properly fitted, exactly as it should be. Before and during the job, they took the time to consult me thoroughly, checking on my requirements and making sure everything was done according to what I needed. After completing the installation, they also check and showed me the zipper open. Responsible service.
