Terrible experience: it took them, represented by Vanessa Socas, 8 months to incorporate an SL company in Canary Islands with foreign partners, making us lose tens of thosuands of $ in investments that we couldn't get. They reply once ever 3 weeks, give for granted that you know the details of what they're talking about, and not caring about explaining what kinds of documents you need to provide. I had to ask several times "what paperwork is needed for this?" and they would often either avoid the question or reply with incorrect / missing information. Towards the end of the process they replaced Virginia with someone else as our account manager, who did a great job, but the damage was already done. Final touch: when we moved to another accounting provider, Biplaza didn't send any of the documents requested by the new provider, claiming that "the company has it all and they will provide them to you instead". Of course that's not true, as some of those documents are managed entirely by the accountants. If I could give -10 stars, I would.

I have Found Biplaza accidentally on google. They have shared some info that i was searching. Information was very useful but still I needed to clarify some details. I filled the form online without much of hope that someone will reply to me. But i was wrong! Estefania replyed to me and provided all information that I needed. She explained and answered all my questions so well and so professional ! More likely i would spend enormous time gathering this information by myself. I would highly recomend Biplaza service to everyone who is starting them own business and looking for professional support and advice.
