It's a shame... a powerful tool like Odoo becomes useless, even annoying, in the hands of incompetent people. If you want a basic, uncustomized Odoo solution and a template website built in a day, this is the place for you. If you want something serious, look for another provider.

We started working on the kit, and suddenly, nothing I had initially explained could be done... of course, for extra money, yes... separate modules! How clever! The website I needed by a certain date was delivered late, and the design was beyond words—lamentable, it was done in five minutes with a template and wizard. What I needed from the program can only be done if I pay for the extra modules, so I'm stuck with the basic version, which is completely useless. When I complain, none of the employees take responsibility or blame... In short! They should hire another company if they want their contracted services to work... a huge disappointment and a waste of money, energy, and time.
