Ivan is extremely professional and knowledgeable in helping with my cockroach issues. He was able to quickly identify the species and told me what kind of environment they like and most importantly how to prevent them from coming and breeding. He was also able to help me identify specific areas in my house that I should pay more attention to to help prevent any further breeding of cockroaches. He responded quickly to my enquiry and was able to come down the next day to help me. After the inspection he also sent me photos of exactly where and what needs to be done. Highly highly recommended to everyone that is looking for a professional pest control company to help with your issues.

Raj, who carried out the residual spraying, was patient, professional, and very helpful throughout. He also took the time to inspect our other bedrooms for added reassurance. After we still found live bugs and nests during cleaning the following day, Raj returned for a second spraying out of goodwill. Have been with Bingo Pest for about a year and a half and the service has been great. Shout out to Vinz has been extremely helpful, professional and accommodating especially when arranging our appointments to best fit our requirements and operating hours. He always does his best to accommodate our last minute requests when the timings clash and even going to extra mile to rearranging appointments to fit us in. Thank you Raj!!! I’m so happy with their service and how attentive he was. I’m genuinely very happy and highly recommend their service! All areas (whole house including our balcony were treated and I asked for additional treatment everywhere since I’m super scared of these insects, he kindly did so and explained to me the process and what would happen, where they come from etc. The best part was less than 30 minutes of him leaving we found one cockroach dying in the middle of the kitchen floor!
