I came here to look for a wedding ring. 💍 Mr. Watanabe was my mentor, and I agonized over my options from early in the morning until late at night, and he gave me loads of advice, helping me choose the perfect ring! He was so considerate, provided accurate advice based on his vast knowledge and experience, and was so considerate of me. I came in without an appointment, hoping to look around for wedding rings, but they explained to me first how long it would take to look at them due to the wide variety of rings, and the approximate delivery timeframe. Since it was a weekday, they were able to seat me right away. Even though I hadn't really decided what I wanted specifically, they listened to my design and budget requirements, picked out a few similar pieces, and I found one that I thought was perfect. When I first told them I didn't have a set upper limit on my budget, I thought they might just bring me something expensive, but that wasn't the case at all. They brought out designs that matched the image I had in mind, and we found one that he liked, and I also liked something that looked like a matching ring, even though it wasn't a matching ring. I found something that I felt I could decide on here without having to look at other stores. Above all, they didn't try to push me to buy anything or dismiss my desire to look at other stores. Instead, they simply emphasized their company's strengths, which made me feel comfortable and I knew I wanted to buy from them. This was the main deciding factor for me. Even though I didn't make a reservation, I was able to choose my ring at my own pace in a comfortable atmosphere from the moment I entered the store until I left. Of course, it depends on the day, so it's best to make a reservation, but if you're suddenly feeling like it, why not just pop in and take a look? I was casually thinking I'd just pop in to have a look, but before I knew it, I was all set to make the purchase.
