It's been a great.

Super 👌 👍🏻 😍

I enrolled in a master's program with The Big School and, after exercising my right to cancel within the 15-day legal period, I requested a refund. The cancellation was confirmed on July 17th, and the refund notification itself indicated a 7-business-day timeframe for the transfer, which was my payment method. To date, 13 calendar days (9 business days) have passed, and I still haven't received the refund. During this time, communication has been unclear: I've been told several times that the payment "would be processed today" or that it was pending an internal signature, but without a specific date or explanation for the delay. I understand that procedures can sometimes be involved, but failing to meet their own stated deadline and not providing accurate information creates distrust. I will update this review if the issue is resolved.

This content is incredibly valuable. I really appreciate the time you dedicate to teaching. I've only recently discovered some of your lessons online, but what I've learned from your live streams so far has been very rewarding and has made me eager to continue learning. I'll consider adding the missing star once I've had a chance to explore your content further. Thank you so much!

I just watched the free sales funnel course, and it was truly excellent. They explain everything very clearly and simply, which shows they really know their stuff. Thank you so much.
