October 18, 2025: My response, since I see you've blocked or disabled replies to comments: I can't let this go or allow you to lie. There were never two proposals, there was only one. In WordPress, the emails and the sent quote support what I'm saying. The job was too much for them, and they took it anyway. That's not right. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- October 17, 2025: Unfortunately, they didn't meet our project requirements. This isn't just our opinion; it's what our clients say. The service we offered didn't work for them. The service we offered, which we quoted, paid for, and implemented with Big Buda, doesn't live up to its promises. We made these concerns known to them during the website development, and their responses always emphasized our lack of knowledge regarding this technology. Today, after consulting with a serious and expert programmer, we understand that WordPress (which is what they sold us) could never support a website as complex as ours. We told them in the initial meetings, "If the project is too big for you, we'll find someone else, no problem." We regret trusting this agency. We wasted time, but above all, we lost our initial capital to get started.
