We opened the AutoSpa of Fairfield in 2017 and met John shortly after opening the doors. Tech savvy I am not so John had to hold my hand and dumb down everything to explain what he was doing to get our digital marketing off the ground. 7yrs later he has morphed from digital tech guy to digital tech friend. I still don’t understand everything he does but I do understand what he does works. I hesitate referring anyone but not John and his agency Big Swell. As we have grown over the past seven years, so has his agency but He always treats you like you’re his only client.
