Best Denki (Parkway Parade)

My wife and I visited the Parkway Parade branch of Best Denki on 6 May in search of a replacement washing machine for ours which had broken down. We were attended to by Grace who astounded us with her wealth of knowledge about the pros and cons of the different models and brands we were viewing. She was polite, friendly and patient and able to answer all our questions and was never pushy to make a quick sale. She was also able to advise on placement and stacking of a dryer on top of the machine. Such a salesperson such as Grace is indeed a credit to your company and her dedication to her profession deserves to be acknowledged by both the customer and the company management. Her co-worker, whose name we forgot to ask, also deserves credit for the quick and efficient service he rendered to arrange delivery.

I recently purchased an Epson printer, and I wanted to take a moment to commend Dave Sim for his exceptional sales support throughout the entire process. What truly stood out was Dave's attentiveness and follow-through. He ensured that every detail of the purchase went smoothly, promptly addressed any questions I had. It’s rare these days to find someone so genuinely committed to providing great customer service. Thanks to Dave, my experience was smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. I highly recommend reaching out to him if you're considering a purchase—his support makes all the difference.

Our refrigerator suddenly died yesterday morning, so my husband and I rushed to this branch to buy a new one. Kathleen took a lot of time to look up all the details for us and provided truly sincere support. Thanks to her quick arrangements, the new fridge was delivered by that evening (the two delivery guys were also very impressive!). We were able to save almost all of our food without it spoiling. Huge thanks to Kathleen and the delivery team!

I visited this store to purchase a couple of iPhones for our company dinner and dance event, where they were intended to be given away as prizes. To my surprise, the salesperson insisted that the boxes had to be opened and the phones activated before purchase. I explained that these devices were gifts and that the winners would naturally expect to receive brand-new, sealed iPhones. Opening and activating them beforehand made no sense for this purpose. Despite my explanation, the salesperson continued to insist that this was required under some purchasing instruction or store policy. I was extremely disappointed by this experience. It resulted in an unnecessary argument and wasted my time. I ultimately went to Challenger upstairs, where I was able to purchase the iPhones without any requirement to open the sealed boxes. If this is indeed your policy, I strongly suggest reviewing it, as it creates a poor customer experience and is completely impractical for customers purchasing devices as gifts or event prizes. Because of this experience, you lost my business that day.

Excellent service from both Supervisor, Mr Vincent Sia n Cashier, Vicky who were kind, extremely patient n nice in helping me buy a good Sony TV using my member voucher n join d lucky draw via my hp which l am not hp savy. Very grateful to both of them, awesome service! Will definitely come back again plus recommend to others to buy from Best Denki.
