Best Denki (Clementi Mall)

I was browsing mobile phones and was served by Eddy Goh. Eddy provided excellent service, was knowledgeable, and very friendly and helpful. I eventually bought the Oppo Reno 15F 5G phone in Twilight Blue (512GB). I also walked out with extra freebies: free Oppo Enco Buds 3 + 8-in-1 gift set. Eddy helped me pair my Bluetooth earphones and registered my phone warranty online before I left the store. I am glad to meet a salesperson like him who is very service oriented.

Eddy Goh is very kind,a and patience helpful promoter. He took the time to show me and how to download the app and get the link to my credit card. He also help me to set up the earpiece and mini speaker . It is rare to meet someone who is willing to help.I really appreciate his patience and excellent customer service he provided. Went to Best Denki at Clementi mall yesterday and was served by Mr Mani. He is one of the best salesperson I have ever met,he is so friendly,patient, knowledgeable and most of all ,so helpful. Bought a fridge ,Mr Mani served and explained the whole procedure, smoothly. It is such a pleasure to be attended to by Mr Mani,he is also very cheerful and smiles all the time. I had a really positive experience at Best Denki, thanks to one of their staff, Eliezer. I was simply browsing when he approached me in a friendly and approachable manner. Never pushy, just genuinely helpful. When I asked about my old laptop with a broken hinge, he went above and beyond what I expected. Instead of giving a generic answer, Eliezer took the extra step to call a contact at the Lenovo Official Store to check whether my issue might be covered under warranty. That level of initiative really impressed me. He also set clear and realistic expectations about my situation, explaining everything in a professional and easy to understand way. Throughout the interaction, he remained patient, knowledgeable, and sincere. Even though I didn’t make a purchase, I left the store feeling satisfied and well taken care of. Customer service like this deserves recognition, and Eliezer is a great example of it.
