This is my second time engaging Best Aircon for routine servicing, and I chose to go back to them because my first experience was already very positive. This round, Ah Yuu and Ah Le handled the cleaning, and they did a great job again. As a tenant in Singapore, I’m mindful about maintenance costs, so price and quality both matter to me. From my experience comparing a few companies before, Best Aircon offers one of the cheapest prices in Singapore, yet the service standard is honestly better than some of the more expensive ones I’ve tried. Ah Yuu and Ah Le were thorough and clearly experienced. The cleaning wasn’t rushed, and you can really see the difference before and after. They also advised me to clean the outdoor condenser unit, which I hadn’t paid much attention to previously. After the full cleaning was done, the cooling performance improved quite noticeably. The aircon now cools much faster, and one of the rooms that previously couldn’t get properly cold — even when set to full blast — is now cooling comfortably without needing to run at maximum. That was the biggest improvement I felt as someone staying in the unit daily. Overall, it feels like proper maintenance was done, not just a quick surface clean. Good pricing, solid workmanship, and real results you can actually feel. I’ll continue engaging them for future servicing.

The technician arrived promptly and was very polite. They cleaned the air-conditioner thoroughly and did a great job. The service was really value for money. Will definitely engage them again next time!

First time to use their service, overall is good, the technician have explain all the problems and give us the solution to solve the problem. The price is reasonable for 2 units. There is cheaper than previous aircon service. So I have signed one year contract with them.

Professional & Thorough Service They took the time to ask about my AC model beforehand to ensure it could be properly disassembled for cleaning.
