Bespoke Learning Centre (Punggol) - Student Care Tuition Centre

My child has been at the centre for almost 2 years. There's a constant change of teachers throughout till I lost count. The so called teachers look very young (for example those waiting for sch results or retaking exam). The management is inflexible and not accommodating. I want to take my child as the new school term schedule made it impractical for my child to continue with their student care arrangement . The centre's policy made it impossible to refund our fees even if we gave the required notice period. Their reply was “we aren't able to offer you a refund as we have a no-refund policy, which is communicated during registration and you have agreed and signed the term and condition as well.” Parents are penalised due to prompt payment??

My son has been with Bespoke Learning Centre since Primary 1, and now he's in Primary 3. Throughout these years, we've been consistently impressed by the dedication and attentiveness of all the teachers. They are incredibly patient and ensure he completes his homework and stays on track with his spelling practice. A special shoutout to Miss Chia Yuin, who goes above and beyond in tutoring him. She has shown such commitment and care, especially since my son can be quite a handful at times! We absolutely love the holiday activities—they’re always so thoughtfully planned and full of creativity. It's clear how much effort the team puts into every detail. Kudos to the amazing team at Bespoke Learning Centre (Punggol) for their unwavering passion and hard work!

Excellent student care centre with tailored learning materials which encourage children to think out of the box and solve challenges! Teachers are also very interactive with parents. The facilities in the area such as the toilet are also kept clean! Highly recommended
