Berrett Pest Control

I have used Berrett for years and have always been happy. I have left positive reviews in the past. This time is different. I have 5 acres of forest and trees off my patio. I deal with a lot of insects. Everytime spider webs and mud nests are knocked down. This time this wasn't done. I went out and purchased the extension pole and attachment scrubber. It was easier then scheduling another visit and waiting for a technician to come out. Another issue I have is that the spray left a residue all over my floors. This has never happened in the past. I'm not sure if a different chemical was used. In the past, Berrett has provided great service and the technicians took pride in their work. I'm hoping this was a one time occurrence.

Berrett Pest Control has been a game changer for my home in Magnolia. It was built in a new community and the land it was built on had a heavy ant hive area and I had so many ants coming into my home everyday. I bought all kinds of store items to help but nothing. Then, the internet lawyers said that its normal an ants will always come for water and you cant get them out. Well, Barrett Pest Control came and did a inside walk through and healthy spray and a heavy duty outside spray. I honestly have not seen another ant, bug, anything! I am now moving to Dallas, and you better believe I am taking them with me! Thank you so much Barrett Pest Control!

Very unhappy! Was not told about a monthly charge. When I called for service I felt extremely pressured to sign all these documents sent to my email before the technician came the next day and I had to work. Apparently I didn’t read all the fine print and that there’s a recurring charge every month, that would have been nice to know. Very unhappy! Cost me close to $300 for 1 service and we still have bugs in the kitchen!

Called these folks on a Saturday morning to schedule service for our new home that we just moved into and they showed up right after lunch. Sebert was our technician and he was super polite and took care of our home without any issues. He sprayed inside and outside including our attic, garage and porches and then took care of the surrounding yard. Very impressed with these guys and will definitely stay with them!

Their high ratings are misleading—I believe they come from the awkward pressure they put on customers to leave a review before they’ve truly experienced the service. I fell for it and left 5 stars at first, but the reality was disappointing. My problem was never fixed, the service windows were far too long, and despite paying monthly, they only showed up quarterly. If I had read the reviews first, I would have avoided them entirely. This seems to be their normal way of doing business.
