CAUTION with Benchmark Media Solution! Before signing the contract, I was promised that their support would significantly improve my company's Google ranking in a major city. I was also explicitly guaranteed a special right of termination within six months if the agreed-upon goals weren't met. It was precisely these promises that convinced me to sign the contract. However, since the promised results failed to materialize, I terminated the contract within the notice period. Despite this, the termination was subsequently rejected, meaning I was suddenly bound to the contract long-term. The lack of transparency was particularly disappointing. When I inquired about the specific services provided, I received information about supposedly created backlinks – even though these already existed before the collaboration began. This raised serious doubts about the company's honesty and working methods. Furthermore, I discovered some questionable aspects of the company's reviews and public image, which ultimately destroyed my trust. My personal experience was unfortunately very negative. Promises were not kept, communication was unclear, and I found a lack of customer focus. Therefore, I cannot make a recommendation and advise you to inform yourself very carefully before signing a contract.
