Cheap but not cheerful. Bemunchie built the website for my organisation but when it comes to the support team the customer service is atrocious. Our website is constantly hit with bandwidth usage issues despite traffic being average. To rectify this we are forced to pay a £60 fee each time to resolve the issue or be left with a website that is down. When trying to contact the customer service via phone it is almost impossible to get any clear answers and sometimes it is impossible to get through to the correct department. They will tell you they will get someone to call you back but never do. Communication and transparency is poor. Seems to me they are not interested in looking after existing customers and prefer to focus on attracting new clients.
