I was scammed using my Visa Card. My statement shows that it has gone to your company. You may be used by scammers without knowing it or someone in your company isn't totally honest. Have you had other complaints? I am not making any accusations, just trying to find out what has happened.

This is not a legitimate company. I have never signed up for their services and they took money from my bank account without any authorisation. When I told them about the situation they told me I would get no refund and there was nothing they could do. I would not recommend them or trust them.

Spam would be polite. They might be absolutely great at what they do. However, as a marketing graduate myself, I don't recall any coursework that involved 10 emails per month to customers who obviously aren't interested. I have clicked "unsubscribe" from the emails with this company's incessant marketing tactics (i.e. no different to any other agency) and instead of acknowledging this, I get emails from someone else within the company. Mainly Patrick and Laura. Now, I'm a pretty weird dude and I would have no issue in dedicating hours to leaving as many revies as possible through the BBB, Google, Glassdoor and others. Please. Effing. Stop.
