I hired Beanstalk to help build the foundation of a new website for my business, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. After more than two months of working together and paying half of the project cost upfront, I still never received a functioning development site to review. The only progress made was a basic sitemap and a rough homepage mockup with placeholder images and buttons. Communication was also difficult during the project. The primary contact assigned to my account was not always professional in our interactions. I raised this concern with the owner and was told that a different team member would be assigned, but that change never occurred. As a business owner myself, I understand that website projects take time and collaboration. However, after several months there should be meaningful progress and a professional working relationship. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Beanstalk.

Absolute nightmare to deal with. We wanted our website revision by Black Friday. Promised it would be done, didn’t get anything finished until February. Classic case of over promise and under deliver. On top of that our finished product was not good. We not only had to find a different company to do what we initially wanted but to also clean up the mess.

We have been working with Beanstalk for around a year now and they have been wonderful partners. They have a very quick response time, and personable team members that care. It's great working with a team that you trust with your company website.
