Melissa and the team at Beanie Media have been incredible to work with. She recently produced a case study video for On IT, and the result far exceeded our expectations. From the very first conversation, Melissa understood exactly what we wanted to showcase and captured our story perfectly. The process was smooth, well-organised, and genuinely enjoyable. She made everyone feel comfortable on camera and brought out the most authentic version of our brand. The final video is polished, engaging, and perfectly aligned with our messaging. It’s already helping us strengthen our marketing and communicate our value to new clients. If you're looking for high‑quality video work delivered with professionalism and creativity, I highly recommend Melissa and Beanie Media!

Thank you to Melissa and the team at Beanie media. We opened our kitchen and bedroom showroom last January and with Beanie’s help we have been able to raise our profile quickly through Facebook and Instagram. Beanie media implemented a strategy to effectively post fresh content each week to attract new local customers. They are proactive in helping me showcase our current projects and promotions, and by reviewing the content performance and presenting the engagement to me, it has helped me understand the seasonal demand for our products. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Beanie Media to any business for social media marketing. Bray Interiors

My experience with this web agency was extremely poor, and I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. At the outset, they appeared organised, responsive, and confident during the sales stage, giving the impression that the project would be handled smoothly from start to finish. Unfortunately, once the agreement was signed, that professionalism quickly disappeared and communication became inconsistent at best. The agreed scope included a full website build. The agency ultimately failed to build a fully working site. Despite this being clearly included within the contracted scope, we were informed — more than three months past the original timeline — that they were only able to complete roughly half of what had been promised. Even more concerning, no price reduction or goodwill gesture was offered. Melissa made commitments that were later walked back. Rather than taking responsibility, responsibility was deflected onto us. Overall, the experience was deeply frustrating and financially damaging. The pattern was consistent: ambitious promises during sales, followed by missed deadlines, reduced delivery, and rigid contractual tactics once issues arose. Proceed with caution — or better yet, avoid entirely.

It’s been great working with Melissa and Elizabeth at Beanie Media over the past year, collaborating on a range of marketing projects. Communication has always been clear, the ideas consistently creative, and the process seamless from start to finish. Looking forward to continuing to work together as we head into 2026.

Wanting to support local businesses rather than use the larger, faceless companies. Asked for a quote for a website build, waited weeks - no response. After leaving feedback, then got a smug, argumentative and condescending call from her and her passenger (obviously wanting a bit of fun on their ride home or away) weeks later asking why I'd left a two star review and critiquing MY decision to post a review (Err! That's what they're there for??) and so it's simple really - at best my experience was a two star one. Manage your pipeline (and your drafts folder - of course it was in your drafts?! Of course it was!) and respond to customers in a timely way and the five star reviews follow - I'd be the first to quote you 5*. And don't phone customers (Customers who too have been in business a heck of a lot longer than ten years! So I think I'm qualified to know a good one from a bad one) wanting an argument because an argument is what you will get with such poor service. If you don't show up then everyone should review you - it's the way businesses improve. Good luck.
