BEAMS OUTLET KOSHIGAYA

First time to visit Beams in and outlet, I expected to find imported brands as they have in the standard shops, but they have only original brand Beams products and almost everything made in China. I purchased a discounted jersey here; then went to visit the Aeon Mori mall and in the Aeon Style shop, a similar jersey was sold at much cheaper price with similar tag written made in China.

The other day, I visited the Beams Koshigaya Laketown store. Not only was the store itself amazing, but the staff's service was also fantastic. Mr. Oda is currently in training. When I found a pair of pants I liked and tried them on, the staff looked me in the eye, smiled, and treated me with courtesy. I ended up choosing the L size and had the M size I was wearing returned. They said, "Yes, sir!" without a frown. However, when I asked them to put the pants on hold for me so I could try them out at another store, they were just as polite. Later, for some reason, I had to put the pants on hold for me again after originally intending to buy them. They also said, "We look forward to seeing you!" And of course, I bought them. The pants themselves were great, but the customer service was what made me buy them. The pants were 8,000 yen, but I felt they were worth much more. I know I'm being overbearing, but even after your training is over, I hope you continue to maintain your original mindset and provide pleasant customer service. I hope that Mr. Oda will be recognized in some way. I wish you continued success in the future.

This is my most frequented outlet store. The men's and women's label "BEAMS HEART" and the kids' label "BEAMS mini" seem to be only available at BEAMS OUTLET stores. The outlet items mainly consist of items from each label, with the occasional select and special order item. The "B-grade" sales offer some great deals. I'm happy to see a slight increase in the number of my favorite labels, "B:MING by BEAMS" and "Demi-Luxe BEAMS." I'd say "Ray BEAMS" is by far the most popular. The customer service is also very friendly and unobtrusive. This is the BEAMS feel you get at any store. If you're having trouble coordinating (styling) a particular item you like, it's definitely best to ask a sales associate for advice while trying it on. They'll give you lots of great suggestions. You can drop in casually, like going for a stroll, and they also have some trend-setting items that you can only find at BEAMS. I highly recommend it. The price tags almost always show the discount percentage. If you're worried, it's best to have a calculator app on hand.

I popped in and saw a cute hat for kids, so I couldn't help but buy it. When we paid, the cashier gave my son a BEAMS sticker as a gift, which made him very happy. After that, my son immediately stuck the sticker on the hat and seemed to really like it (lol).

The staff are focused on stocking shelves rather than serving customers, so they don't notice me, which is helpful because I can take my time looking for what I'm looking for.
