I am very disappointed with my recent experience at the BEAMS outlet. The staff’s attitude was extremely poor and unprofessional. They appeared uninterested in assisting customers, and their manner came across as dismissive and unfriendly. This level of service does not reflect the standards I would expect from a brand like BEAMS. It significantly impacted my shopping experience.
