Rude, not friendly, 4 weeks without receiving Soester Courant, but it was debited from my account, yes, it will be delivered later, but not really, a shame. Soester Courant will cost you a lot of customers if you continue answering your phone like this.

Very unpleasant experience with a customer service representative. Very rude manner of communication, and the lady is absolutely not trying to resolve our problem. We have indicated several times that we have not received a newspaper for over a year; apparently, this is not important enough to resolve.

They have a local newspaper, the Kompas, in Hardinxveld. I've never seen such poor journalism. This newspaper is run by friends, for friends. They don't do any research, let alone a hearing. Ugh, what a creepy little club they are.
