I purchased a Basis House detached home. Before it was completed, I visited a model home with the same specifications and it was perfectly matched to the home I had in mind. I thought, "This is it!" and immediately applied to purchase. Apparently, an architect decides on the concept and coordinates each home individually, and I think it's probably because he has listened to various needs over the years that the quality is so high even for detached homes. There are many stylish touches inside the home, and the architect's attention to detail is evident in the changes in the door designs and wallpaper in places. The solid wood flooring is comfortable and warm to the touch, making you want to spend all your time in the living room. The display shelves are in a really good place, and I enjoy displaying my favorite items for each season. I especially love the flat-panel kitchen, which I had been determined to have even before I purchased the home! The color matches the design of the interior of the home, and the luxurious feel of the artificial marble is amazing. The gas stove can be controlled from your smartphone, and the water is touchless, so the kitchen is 120 points! It's great to be able to cook while chatting with my family. We purchased a condominium, but Basis House is also a company that can advise you on custom-built homes, so if you're unsure about building a home, I recommend consulting them.
