I was there for an early dinner & thank God I did that coz the queue started to form as fearless as 5.30pm. Atmosphere is ok but lack exhaust system coz it was somewhat pretty smokey with the meats from hot plates. The steak is great, soft, juicy, tasty fresh & not tendons or veins etc. Don't expect too much from the free-flow salad bar because it's quite basic. I love the special Bari Bari Steak Sauce. A minus point are the leather seats. High time they get it change coz it is torn & covered with riggers tape (cloth tape). The tape is old & edges starts to peel sticking to my pants. Overall, pleasant exprience. 1st visit with family & I will be back again. Hopefully the seat gets change on my next visit.

Surprisingly good steak here! Cut was good and thick. Coupled with refillable salad bar. Depending on where you're seated, some are ok and others are like literally side by side tight spaces. But food is really good value. I highly recommend this place. Too hungry to take more photos. Maybe when I next visit!

Tried Bari Bari Steak and had the 200g Australian flank steak teppan. Not sure if it was the cut of the meat, but the steak was quite tough for me and I had quite a hard time to cut. On the plus side, the hot stone did a good job of retaining heat and allowed me to continue cooking the steak to my preferred doneness. One upside was that the meal came with access to the salad bar. While the selection wasn’t very extensive, I appreciated that there was a good variety of greens such as broccoli, corn, seaweed, carrots and lettuce. There were also some carb options available. At $24.90++ ($29.85 nett), the pricing felt reasonable. Neither particularly cheap nor overly expensive. Would I return? Possibly, but definitely not for the same cut of beef.

Hi Bari Bari, I can’t express how much I love you! I’m so addicted that I’ve had Bari Bari six times in a month. I’d be thrilled if you offered a membership; I’d definitely be your VVVIP. Highly recommend their Australian oyster blade 200g – it’s incredibly tender even though it’s low-fat. Perfect for gym-goers! Their salad bar is also great. Oh, and I’d be even happier if you allowed us to refill our miso soup!

It is a Japanese steak restaurant and opened for about month. Operated by same EN Group as Aburi En. They have outside seating as well but inside is definitely more comfortable and ample tables. Waited only for 15mins on Friday night for dinner. Order by QR and pay at counter. There’s whole day 1 for 1 drinks promotion which includes high ball, Asahi (a pint at $18 ea.) and wine of the day among others. It’s mandatory to order a side dish to enjoy the 1 for 1 so I just ordered one of the cheapest side dishes - Arabiki sausages at $6.90. Sausages were cooked right and tasted good with the Bari Bari sauce. Ordered the sirloin steak 200g and diced cut & wagyu hamburger. Both came on hot plates with a small hot stone each in the plate. Steak was cooked to just between rare to just below medium rare (reddish inside). I cut my steak down to bite size to finish cooking each morsel on the small hot stone on my hot plate itself. The hot stone was not hot enough towards the end and was barely cooking the remaining red meat. Also I wasn’t fast enough to cover my shirt with the napkin when the sizzle on the stone happened. I had oil stains all over my shirt. I also helped myself to sauces at the salad bar and we had free flow of salad as part of the mains. Salad bar had French beans, corn, greens and noodles mainly. I mixed my salad with the Bari Bari sauce and really gave the salad & noodles an appetizing taste. All in all it was an interesting experience and food was generally delicious. The wagyu hamburger meat was a bit disappointing as it wasn’t juicy and had little flavor. The diced meat patty disintegrated rather quickly in the mouth so there’s really nothing much to chew. I was kept busy with cooking of the meat pieces on the small stone and finding the right sauces for it. Price wise was a bit steep for two persons at $100/- included service and GST. Personally at this price point, I still prefer a regular steak restaurant with my steak cooked to order and my choice of wines and beers.
