BareMetal ISP

I work in a fast paced environment, and appreciate the fact that our technicians don't always get to do everything on their to do list ,but today I was very very pleasantly surprised, when dealing with BareMetal ISP ,my initial call made was around 9am on Monday 15th Dec,as my wifi fibre cable broke , hoping to make an appointment for tomorrow, but lo and behold I received same day service,and as I pulled up to my house around 6pm,BareMetals technician was busy fitting a new "wall box" and busy splicing my new cable .In an industry that is driven by time I know that sometimes only the more urgent calls get seen to first. .You have proven to me that no matter how big or small U treat all customers request as urgent .Thank you for your time and your effort in restoring my wifi service ,what is even more amazing is the fact that BareMetal is not even my designated ISP service provider,but they went above and beyond to reconnect my wifi service Thank you Thank you .I will definitely make use of your services in future .Derek @Regal
