My name is Jared owner of Detail City Las Vegas. I worked with several other agencies before BAD MARKETING. None of them compare to the level of customer service we get from BAD, the value we get with this company has been incredible. They're always on top of things, respond fast, and are experts in their field. Here's my problem with agencies, most of them have very surface level skills despite their massive promises. They use copy and paste methods for all their clients and blame you when it doesn't work. Not bad marketing, they taylored everything to our needs specifically and met with us regularly to ensure everything was on the up. We've been with the company for less than a year and we have averaged 3-4X income increase with them. DONT TAKE MY REVIEW WITH A GRAIN OF SALT! I personally know my way around META ads and have spent about $25k on adspend before working with any agency, I have solid experience with auto styling/protection sales and marketing, creatives, etc. So I was very disappointed when I worked with other agencies that didn't know squat. It was awesome to work with the professionalls at bad marketing who remained on top of things, made the right suggestions, and responded well to feedback. A special thanks to Cameron and Trent, our account managers who have been particularly awesome to work with. We will soon become a 1M a year shop with this company!

Working with BAD over the last year has been a phenomenal experience. Their onboarding, documentation, and overall process are extremely professional. They handle our ads, creatives, and email marketing with real knowledge and expertise. Everything is structured, clear, and executed the right way. Their weekly reports and calls keep me fully informed, and they consistently go above and beyond without me ever needing to chase anything. One of the best agencies I’ve worked with. From day one, the onboarding was seamless, with clear expectation-setting and a well-defined structure for the next 30, 60, and 90 days. Communication is consistent and proactive. The team follows up to ensure bottlenecks don’t negatively impact performance. They’re also extremely professional when it comes to timelines.
