He had replacement parts on hand and helped me by downloading the windows 11 media onto my USB drive so I could reinstall windows. I'm happy to say a few hours later and I'm writing this review from my freshly repaired Laptop. Thanks again!

Came in with overheating CPU. Was seen right away, did troubleshooting on the spot and was able to get it fixed in less than an hour for cheap! Great service, would definitely recommend!
