I engaged AVV to replace my old DB box, and Krishna and his team were great. They arrived on time and since my DB box was old, I asked Krishna about the circuit breakers and RCCB as I wasn’t sure if they were the same. He was patience and explained everything clearly, including the functions of both. Very happy customer!😁

Had a 2.5 years old BTO 40A RCCB failed on me at night. Strong burning smell and breaker busbar temperature at 130 degrees C. Luckily it didn’t catch fire. Called AVV as I didn’t have spare breakers. Response was quick and pricing was very reasonable. Came down in 30 minutes and completed the job in 20 minutes. But technician did not align the breaker on the rail properly and became slanted. He says is different product dimension but come on, all breaker regardless of brand should not have such big difference until box cannot fit. Instead he cut out a space on the plastic breaker box before I realise their oversight.
