[I'm reposting my negative review, which they removed. My website still isn't finished after more than six months. It's not just the time; it's that they're harming me and potentially causing my clients to have a bad experience with a website that DOESN'T WORK, NOR IS IT FINISHED TO THIS DAY.] My experience has been very disappointing. Initially, communication was constant and very insistent that I sign with them to process the Digital Kit grant. Once the agreement was signed, communication changed drastically: emails stopped being answered, and follow-up practically disappeared. The website development dragged on for more than four months, and the final result was a standard, generic template with minimal changes to images and the addition of content that was inconsistent with my project. There was no personalized design work or real support during the process. To this day, after more than six months, the website is still not fully operational. I've had to repeatedly follow up to get answers, and I still have no clarity on when the outstanding issues will be resolved. In short, the experience has been frustrating and unprofessional.
