A place that provides quality service. I went for some custom t-shirts with my business logo, and the product turned out excellent. You can also order bags with your logo, water bottles, cups, calendars, custom stamps, and much more. The service I received from the saleswoman was wonderful; she was always attentive and very patient, showing me all the products and explaining every detail. I'll definitely be back.
Excellent creative workshop, one of the most comprehensive in Tapachula. Very professional and committed to their clients. Definitely 1000% recommended. Whatever you have in mind related to image, they can help you. And if they don't have it, they'll create it from scratch.
The paper they used to sublimate the mug was stained, and the print shifted. What bothers me is that they didn't say anything, and when I picked it up, they thought I wouldn't notice. It feels awful to be taken for a fool, thinking you have to pay for a bad print that was their fault and because they didn't want to invest in another one. I ended up feeling bad to the person I gave the mug to because I didn't have time to get it printed somewhere else, and honestly, the service was terrible.
Terrible customer service. The young man who served us was interrogating us instead of providing information. We were then transferred to another woman who barely acknowledged our every move, let alone spoke to us. The other woman was equally unhelpful and offered little information. It was awful. I didn't buy anything for the same reason.
