Made our wedding invitation cards here, ordered from Canada. They did a good job with their work, near to perfection but could have done better with the finishing (hole punching was on the wording of the invitation card for ribbon knots) . Overall the customer service was really good. They do over seas works as well. Would recommend.

Good and Fast Service ✨

This place serves 2 different type of customers. The general public and other studios. The section for the common people is in the bottom deck and the service here is very bad. There's is a tiny place for the customers to stand but they always have a high number of customers. It's not safe during this pandemic situation. There are not enough staffs to serve the customers. We have to wait for so long to get the service. And the manager there is not a friendly person. They won't bother changing the size of the picture before printing or some kind of small edits. Had to go all the back home and change the size and come back for printing. And their prices are expensive as well. The studio section has enough staffs and serves better. There not much of a delay for studios. They should give better service to the common people

I recently created a magazine album for a family holiday in srilanka using Austriya and was thrilled with the finish product. The quality and workmanship is second to none, plus the customer care was very supportive. Thank you, Austriya!
