As a visitor to Wodonga & having issues with my laptop, ATS was recommended to me by a local. Right from first walking into their well presented, clean premises & being helped by Cheryl at recption to picking up after repairs this was a fabulous experience all round. Refuses to sell products to ppl who don't live in houses, breaking all Australian discrimination laws. Cancelled my order, refunded but I never received refund. Do not use Officeworks online. They have stopped me as a poor man buying from them based on lifestyle. Breaks all discrimination laws. I was ordering store pick up.
Great family business, they know their tech and are very helpful and friendly. Great communication with customers and will quote the price for repairs or upgrades before proceeding. I've used them more than once and will go there again as my first choice next time I need pc advice or repairs.
