Kevin is very thorough and goes the extra mile to troubleshoot issues. I'm addition to a chemjet cleaning, I got him to fix my moldy trunking. He found the root of the problem and went all out to resolve it, explaining every step of the process. He also gave a lot tips on preventing mold, ventilation and reducing stress in the aircon. Highly recommend. I have tried other cheaper services in the past but they always seem to rush the job and problems always resurface soon after (slime buildup causing chokes). He mentioned that he also supervises aircon installation, and I wish I had got him to supervise my installation last time as it would have prevented many problems in the first place.

I bought a resale unit and 1 year after moving in, I consistently faced Air con issues. Either water leaking or bad odor (like rotting onion smell). Everything you could have asked for a professional, knowledgeable and friendly aircon servicing guy!!! I didn't know compressor can be washed and should be cleaned. He had to go down to check who’s windows are open and inform every household living below me (whose windows are opened). As I stayed on the highest flood, that's quite a few household to visit. Kevin was also helpful when I told him about my aircon controller issue. And he help to fix it without me asking him to!!! If it's someone else, they will surely ask me to get a new one! I'm lucky that he's someone who loves to dismantle things up, find out what happen and fix it! Prices are more expensive but very value for money due to using his patented technology. Highly recommended.

For months I have been dealing with a aircon leaking water problem. No amount of regular maintenance would have fixed the issue because the root cause was bio-film jelly buildup in the back of the unit. Kevin spent an hour cleaning the aircon from inside / outside / rear. He gave me really good tips on how to ensure there are proper airflows to reduce mold build-up, it is not simply just opening the windows. I highly recommend anyone with aircon issues to pay for his service and not go with cheaper alternatives. After the cleaning, the aircon is freezing cold even at 26 degree, the air quality have improved, I am very happy with the results. At my home, I have a large ac unit and the inside of the coil is spot clean now.
