I would like to highly recommend Mulza IT Solutions to anyone who is seeking top standard New or Refurbished Laptop they also specialize in IT issues and provide the solutions to any IT Problems. Arisha was incredibly welcoming and helpful and provided the solutions to my IT issues. I was so pleased with the services I received from the business, they went above and beyond to ensure my needs were satisfied. I highly recommend this business, the service and quality were truly exceptional, I cannot wait to visit again.
I would not recommend this company at all. I provided the specs of the computer needed for my daughter to use at school to Arisha. She proceeded to quote me on a 2nd hand PC and confirmed that it met all requirements. I paid the money and when I received the PC, it not meet the spec requirements. I called Arisha upon receiving the the PC to let her know, she was rude and dismissive and refused to help me. I then called Mark and explained the situation to him, he said he would call me back with a solution and now ignores my calls and messages. We are now stuck with a computer that my daughter cannot use. Terrible experience overall.
