entire process from purchase to delivery and installation was extremely smooth! came down to shop twice to confirm all the lights i need for the house, was served by Xiao Ting, who was very detailed and friendly, also very easy to communicate with and arrange via whatsapp. I even ended up buying fans from them, Xiao Ting recommended me a cheaper model that looks exactly like the one i need, saving me $200! their overall pricing for lights are also very competitive after comparing with a few shops. I appreciate that they don't carry a ton of options like other shops, their offerings are well curated, comprehensive and very straight forward, which helps massively with not having decision fatigue when choosing lights!

The team at aspire lighting (especially to Xiao Ting who attended to us) was very responsive, patient and took great initiative to assist me in my lighting purchases. Being a homeowner without an ID is challenging but with the team's meticulous assistance and recommendations, this part of the renovation was the most smooth sailing. We are also very appreciative of their flexibility in changes as we went through several challenges in home planning.
