Matthew from Arrrowtown Trade Services was so fantastic to deal with last week when we needed a last minute LED light fixing at our Airbnb. He was very professional and friendly to deal with and attended to the property within a few hours of calling him. The place was left immaculate after his work, no dust or dirt was left behind. We used Arrowtown Trade Services a few weeks ago to have lights wired in and a new oven installed. Matt came around promptly (same afternoon) to see what was involved. The electrician who did the job was professional, did a great job and explained what was done. Would highly recommend.
It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Matt. Rather than persuade us that our oven should be repaired, he recommended we go to the Boxing Day sales and purchase a new oven for not much more than the repairs would’ve cost. He needed a days notice after we got the new oven to come and install it for us. Highly recommend ATS, and wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future
