actually, I would give it four for the educating environment, great team, nice memories and a lot of great things. but the one star is for the unprofessional sales Ahmed saad for his swing violent attitude towards some collogues at work with passive reaction from administration.

Unfortunately very bad customer service. After I had a call with the owner for initial meeting, he didn’t show or reply my call or even apologize. Don’t recommend them for any service
Not professional place. Not professional website. Many other companies in egypt are heading the top of marketing agencies rather than this company. People behaviour there is out of any elegance. Head of sales there can just be anything but a sales man. Not professional and bad behaviour and temper , that's when I dealt with him for a new project . I don't recommend any one working with them. At a point their performance was good but now it is not any more. I guess this is for its head is not professional as well.
At the beginning I thought that this is a professional company but when I contacted Mr. Wael "one of the partners as he said" I realised that this company is not professional at all from Wael behaviour, If one of the partners has this behaviour then what do you think about the company!!! Not recommended at all :)
