Arizona Pest Control

We had a good experience working with Arizona Pest Control. Our inspector Todd was very knowledgeable and professional, and later our termite techs Peter and Isaiah did a great job following through on the action plan. When I saw a sentricon placed in front of my valve cover for my sprinklers I instantly questioned the placement. A worker popped the cover, stuck his fingers in and said it should be good. Not to longer after, the guy in charge was at my door saying it looked like an old sprinkler tube came out... right where I questioned the placement. They asked if we even used the sprinkler system because the tube looked old. I turned on the sprinklers and water went everywhere! They did fix it, however it's not the same. Looks like some black duct tape was used, it didnt leak though. I guess that's all that matters. Walking around the house yesterday I found a sentricon that was not buried. It's floating in the hole they dug for it. Continuing my walk around the house, I really question the placement of these sentricons. Some commonsense would make sense, but they decided to move all the rock out from under a down spout rather than going a foot to the left or right. How do i know this, they never put the rocks back where the water lands from the spout. I really feel like things were rushed which lead to the mistakes and forgetting to put things back or burying a sentricon.

From initial inspection to the application, I was impressed on how courteous and knowledgeable the crew was. I initially interviewed several companies and decided to stay with a local company. First for the response and 2nd for the other great reviews from my area. Their prices seem to be about the standard average which I appreciated. The installation crew, I believe was Peter and Chris and 2 other employees (sorry I didn’t catch their names) were great. They were careful about the installation spots and explained all my questions. Their cleanup was excellent.

We have been with Arizona Pest Control for several years. Our tech, CraigC is THE Best. He always comes on time, is very knowledgeable and courteous, and does great work, inside and out!
