A strange company. When signing the contract, they promised to provide a design project for two rooms, simply arrange the furniture, and provide addresses and passwords for where the furniture and interior items could be purchased. In the end, they wanted a cash payment for gas for the designer's visit, even though we hadn't concealed our address when signing the contract. All project preparation deadlines were missed, and when the project was ready, they only provided information on where to buy lighting for the project—which, by the way, cost an exorbitant amount, even though the same items were much cheaper on marketplaces. After that, they simply stopped communicating.

My wife ordered an interior design from them. She liked the service and the showroom itself. It's convenient that all home improvement needs can be handled in one place. So, we initially developed an interior design project here, then they assigned us a foreman who completed everything strictly according to the specifications, and then they sorted out all the furniture procurement and delivery issues. Yes, there were some hiccups in the process, as happens everywhere, but the question is how the company responds to fix them. A special thank you to manager Irina!

Disgusting! I ordered Berkano furniture, and they charged for delivery from another city. Oh well, although why bother if they're an official representative of the brand? They delivered it and charged twice the market price for delivery within the city, and also twice the market price for unloading! It seems like a decent store, but the service is zero! I'm very disappointed.
