My experience has been nonexistent. Their management of my Instagram account has been barely discreet, as their posts haven't even come close to being the most viewed, nor have I gained any followers. In other words, their work has been just enough to get the digital kid grant. As for the computer, I haven't seen it and I don't expect to. They've gone from "they take care of everything" to "you missed the deadline." A week ago, I requested an email or conversation that justifies I was informed about my responsibility in this matter. If they send it, I will retract this review and apologize publicly. If not, I stand by my statement: To obtain the grant, you operate on the principle of least effort.
