I told the salesperson my budget for buying a PC and asked if they had a laptop that met my requirements. They recommended a new one that fit my budget. The price was indeed within my budget, so I decided to buy it... However, it turned out that the price was for a laptop that hadn't been pre-configured. With the OS installation and other miscellaneous costs added, it ended up being nearly 50,000 yen over budget. I wish they had explained all the additional costs before I decided to buy it. I suppose I was partly to blame for overlooking that. I was supposed to pick it up the next day after they set it up, and they said they would call me when it was ready, probably in the morning. I kept checking my phone and waiting, but I didn't hear from them by the evening, so I inquired and found out that it had already been set up. That's a bit unhelpful. I'll buy from a different store next time. Maybe I just got unlucky with the salesperson...

I came to the store looking for a numeric keypad for my iMac for the first time in a few years. I entered the store smoothly, but left without finding what I was looking for. However, an anti-theft sensor on the second floor went off. A female staff member hurriedly called me back. This time, the sensor went off when I entered the store again, and then again when I left, sometimes not. I asked the staff if I wanted to expose all my belongings to check, but they just said they were sorry. I think they shouldn't have installed such careless sensors! The selection is poor, and I will never go there again.
