They're incompetent. Took two weeks to check my PC for troubleshooting. Didn't give me any specifics or list of parts that works. Just said that it's likely the motherboard. So I replaced my motherboard. Same issue. Oh, they threw away my graphite thermal pad too. Promised me a replacement. Takes another two weeks for them to check parts. Only to finally give me a chart showing me the CPU isn't working. Great. I could have figured that out in an hour if I had a spare CPU. Oh, they replaced my thermal pad for a silicone heatsink. That's more money from me.
Do not buy there. Took my laptop and they said new hdd ¥5000 plus ¥20,000 extra to install and test. Friend helped me and it was a registry problem - nothing wrong with the hdd. Didn't even test it. Rip-off scumbags
