Good store to get PC related items

He was very helpful and talked to me about everything from gaming PC performance to parts. I was surprised to find out later that the person I talked to the most was the store manager. I'm grateful that he also talked to me in detail about data transfer, replacement parts, sales, and more.

The female store clerk, Ms. Yuki, was very polite and had a lovely smile. I felt her attentiveness and enthusiasm for her work, which made my shopping experience pleasant from start to finish. I would definitely like to use her store again.

When I went to pick up my PC for maintenance today, the female staff member said it would be encouraging if I could give the name of the person who handled my PC and a 5-star rating. However, I gave her only 1 star and left her full name unmentioned. The person who handled my PC was Mr. Harada (male). Six months ago, during maintenance, my PC was incompatible with Windows 11, so I was recommended a new one. However, since I mostly only use Excel and Word, I decided to wait a while before replacing it. She recommended a plan that included an overhaul service, which I signed up for. However, the other day, she didn't even try to explain the circumstances behind the service, and instead just kept saying there were risks if I didn't upgrade to Windows 11, and I didn't want to talk about it at that point. I already knew that without her telling me, and when I tried to ask her about it, like whether I'd be able to buy a more affordable PC by the end of my contract, she just kept talking about her own opinions. I was also concerned about her cold attitude when she realized there was no room for negotiation.

The person in charge was extremely helpful and the product explanations were easy to understand. I also liked that they weren't pushy.
