I ordered food from a restaurant and paid in advance through PayPal. Mistakenly, it was a restaurant having the same name but in a different place. I was not able to receive the order as well as lost the money. So, I mailed to this service centre and they helped me. I got the money back. It was a great experience. Thank you once again.
We started with a Paymnet plan which they increased without us knowing (sent Email when we where on Vacation...) They charge alot for online payment (close to 7%) system is buggy, many time orders where not getting in and last time the system auto opened all hours- we got orders on a days we where closed! Support is very basic and layered in long Emails, any changes in Menu or prices should go through them, they also meesed up our online Google account, which drived people away from our main Website! In short we didnt get much and sales as same as in our Woocommerce webshop where online payments take only 2,5% and website costs 1 time 300 Euro... to sum it up - they will take your money and leave you hanging.

They charge alot for online payment (close to 7%) They mention us about lieferando but they charges 64cent pro order. ordersmart charges 7% so it is more than lieferando and wolt. I made all calculation of this cost. Please dont trust on ordersmart marketing agent because they are scammer. they cant give you correct information. they just wait for signing contract. They can not cancel your contract even after one week as well. Please be aware. We didnt get much sales and we should pay all money to ordersmart at the end. to sum it up - they will take your money and leave you hanging. please stop this scam. this way you cant progress ordersmart.

I’m very dissatisfied with this app. The user interface is glitchy and frustrating to navigate, and it has messed up multiple orders, causing unnecessary stress.
