We found our way to this lovely little cafe by recommendation from a nearby bakery, and had a wonderful time. The owner and her husband were incredibly friendly, and even turned on the air conditioner for us. All of the food and drinks are made by the owner, and absolutely delicious. It's charming to listen to her making them behind the counter. We spent hours chatting. There were also lots of beautiful things for sale that were handmade by the owners. A hidden gem!
A stylish cafe filled with miscellaneous goods, peach and rhubarb cake, and hot chocolate. Coincidentally, I was thinking of going to Cafe Espresso next, but I happened to stop by Bijou Roots and asked the staff about the connection, which I found to be an interesting coincidence. The deep flavor and aroma of the hot chocolate were delicious.
I love the delicious chai with its rich spice flavor. The pumpkin pudding is also delicious with a hint of cinnamon. It's a relaxing place. It's run by a single person, so it's perfect for those with ample time.
The chai and cake were both delicious! ✨️ It's a lovely shop that's simple yet shows great attention to detail!
The coffee is carefully brewed using theネルドリップ (nel drip) method. It's so delicious that some people call it "the devil's coffee" (meaning you won't be able to drink coffee from other shops anymore). For lunch, they have two types of homemade focaccia sandwiches (chicken ham and eggplant tapenade), both with a very mild flavor that you won't get tired of even if you eat them every day. The atmosphere is also very good!
