Anhoch ReMall Tetovo

I am very disappointed with the service from Anhoch. I purchased a brand-new phone, and shortly after buying it, the device stopped working. I sent it to their service center, and it has now been over a month without any repair or clear update. What makes the situation even worse is that no replacement phone was provided while my device is being serviced. As a result, I have been left without a phone for an entire month, which is extremely inconvenient. When customers buy a new product, they expect reliability and proper after-sales support. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. I hope Anhoch improves its customer service and warranty handling process in the future. ★☆☆☆☆

Ordered an item, waited for it to arrive (they said they will call me), received 0 calls so went to check myself and my item was there.. I take it and after a couple of days when I had the time to check it, I returned it back due to it being faulty, they said now to wait for weeks for their service team to confirm that. Absolute disgrace, 0 customer satisfaction from all this waiting and not being able to replace an item quickly that was just bought and came faulty, when it's their responsibility over the items they sell. Paying is easy, getting what u pay for seems to be hard.

Very bad service. I purchased a USB hub, and upon opening it, it was the wrong one. My bad. I tried to return it twice and was asked if I could return again as the server did not know how to issue a refund. When I did return, I was told I had left it too late. Eventually, they agreed I could return it. However, when it was removed from the packaging, it was broken. They now refused to let me return it. I then suggested I return it as broken as I had not used it. They refused.

I bought my whole gaming setup in this store and im fascinated and impressed. Best IT store in North Macedonia!
