Andrew 好介绍强力推荐! This has to be one of the best Lala Claypot I have come across thus far. They use shark fin cartilage to boil their soup. There are 4 different types of soup base that you can choose from, namely: 1) Lala Soup 2) Fish Soup 3) Prawn Soup 4) Lala & Prawn Soup Ingredients are generally very fresh, condiments aplenty, including my favourite freshly made fried shallots in oil. Prices are very reasonable. Best part, Can Eat! SG members can now get 10% off your bills. Just need to inform cashier when making payment. Check this out! Andrew won’t send u to Holland one. Both the lala and prawn broths were delicious, though my personal preference leans towards the lala. Fragrant and packed with all the aromatics the kitchen throws in. The Fuzhou pork balls were damn good and easily one of the highlights of the meal. The fish paste and prawn paste were a letdown though, too soft, almost tofu like in texture, tasteless. Luncheon meat was bland and doughy, not the type I prefer. The prawn paste fried chicken was crispy, but honestly nothing extraordinary nor a must order like others make it out to be. Also, I think the ice cream freezer must be faulty. Every flavour had a mousse-like texture instead of proper ice cream consistency. Overall, still a very hearty and satisfying meal that hits the spot, especially on a rainy night.

This is seriously the affordable lala hotpot in Singapore, just go to this one rather than crossing borders! Boss is young yet very professional and service oriented. He helped to get glasses and ice buckets for our drinks, which he is totally not in scope for. He is friendly, and that’s why the food is friendly to our pockets! A lot of lala in the pot, the broth is umami and sea fresh, fresh seafood and meat, ingredients are all portioned well and fresh to the bite. Free refill of broth and dipping sauce is abundant. This is really a great dining experience! Location a liiitttllleeee remote and a liiitttlllleee stuffy since it’s fan-based not air con but we really enjoyed our dinner here!

I’m a huge fan of lala hotpot ever since trying the famous Dai Tou Lala at Johor Bahru. Since then, I’ve tried a few Singapore versions around Geylang and Paya Lebar, but honestly most disappointed me — the soup tasted more porky than actual lala broth. Ordered the Signature Lala Soup (small portion was enough for 2 pax). For the first time in Singapore, I finally found a lala soup base that actually impressed me. The broth was rich, flavourful, and had that proper sweet lala taste. I’m usually skeptical of overhyped Singapore food reviews because many end up underwhelming, but this one genuinely delivered. We also ordered: Ring roll Spinach noodles Short rib beef Snow crab sticks Tang oh Spinach Handmade fish balls Ebiko shrimp paste Honest feedback to the owner:The handmade fish balls and ebiko shrimp paste were very disappointing. They tasted very frozen/factory-made, texture was hard, and honestly felt so average for the price. The rest of the ingredients were decent. I don’t expect ultra-premium ingredients in Singapore hotpot anyway since food costs here are brutal. But credit where it’s due , this is the first lala hotpot in Singapore where I genuinely enjoyed the soup so much that I kept refilling the soup. Please keep up the standard for the broth, and if the ingredient quality improves further, this place can become seriously good. Tip for consuners: Ask for fried onions and add some Hua Tiao wine into the soup. Makes the flavour even better.

Fresh lala, no sandy taste at all. Broth is flavourful but not too oily, very comforting and well balanced. Portion is generous and ingredients feel quality. Simple setup but they focus on what matters — good food done right. Will definitely come back again.
