It was a wonderful experience dining here. 🤩 We were welcomed warmly by the teacher, who guided us to our seats. The students were attentive and served us well, and they were able to provide explanations for the menu. The food was of a high quality and I was pleasantly surprised with the red wine braised beef. The portion was generous, and the flavour reminiscent of a French restaurant. The other dishes and the mocktails were great as well. For the appetiser, main dish, dessert, coffee, mocktail, water and bread, the price of $20 was really worth it. I would recommend to come and give this a try. 🥳
First visit to Amber West for lunch. Located within the ITE college West campus in Choa Chu Kang, it's a 'fine-dining' restaurant where students are trained and supervised by mentors by their side. They had just revamped their set lunch menu at the start of the new term. They offer a 2-course meal at $18 and a 3-course meal at $20 which comes with an appetizer (soup or salad), Mocktail, Main Course, Tea/Coffee and Dessert. It is certainly not the best of quality given the affordable cost but it's gratifying seeing the students giving their best trying to serve the customers. Well done 👍🏾😊
A training restaurant for the campus' students. Located on the 4th level overseeing the estate. A conducive environment with students who are eager to please. Students are competent to their tasks. There are options of 2 or 3 courses which are priced reasonably which includes a mocktail. Quality of food is excellent. Reservation highly recommended.
Quality food at a very affordable price. This is a training restaurant operated by ITE students from school of hospitality. The quality of food is great, and the presentation of food is excellent! For 3-course meal, it only cost $15. However, do exercise some patience as students serving are still in training. We can provide valuable feedback after the meal, so that they can improve on their training.
