Generally peaceful. Some greenery altho more trees could be planted. My main gripe is the water supply (either through Amaia or SMWD). Water supply during weekends is non-existent. And the quality is abysmal you almost cant use it aside from flushing the toilet and watering your plants. Unless you’re using a water filter, forget using it for cooking, dishwashing, laundry and drinking.
One thing to highly appreciate if you're going to purchase a unit in this area is that the security personnel are highly visible and well-mannered.
Cozy neighborhood. Guard-on-duty presence, both roaming and stationed. Recreational facilities, basketball court and pool. Pet and kid friendly place. Promising growing community.
Good community, good house and lot projects, quality
The setting is rural. Trees abound and the air is fresh. The area is secured.
