It's a very nice complex... It has two swimming pools, a very large and abundant green area. There's a playground for children. There's a basketball court and an outdoor sports field. Around it are landmarks for Lüleburgaz such as a bicycle park, a women's academy, a football academy, Akım College, File Market, and 39 Burda Shopping Mall.
Our friends live here, and the rent prices are unbelievable! They're talking about 4,500 or so, I'm shocked. They say it's a nice neighborhood, but I don't know, Lüleburgaz is generally an expensive place anyway.
It is one of the pioneering concept projects in Lüleburgaz. There are serious problems with sound transmission through the walls, but the architecture and landscaping are pleasing....
When I say "site," I'd say this is it! Its location being close to everything is a big advantage. It's already close to a shopping mall, school, municipal service buildings, market, and the main street; a minibus every 10 minutes, what more could you want?
It's a nice and well-organized complex. The only downside is the inadequate parking.
