Alpha Efficacy was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a web design company. Although they present themselves as a Chicago-based team, most of the work is outsourced to freelancers in Argentina and Serbia, leading to poor communication, lack of accountability, and inconsistent results. The staff is not stable or dedicated, and it often felt like no one knew who was handling what. On top of that, the owner of the company is extremely unprofessional — scattered, unfocused, and seemingly trying to do everything at once without truly mastering any of it. There’s no clear leadership, and it reflects in the chaos of how the business operates. I do not recommend Alpha Efficacy to anyone looking for reliable, professional web development services.
